    Yoga Weekend
    The Las Brisas Retreat is hosting a series of Weekend Yoga Retreats. The weekend will consist of 3 yoga classes, 1 meditation session and a workshop on breath-work, health or nutrition (depending on the instructor).
    Accommodation for Friday and Saturday night,  is included in the weekend. 
    There will also be a wine tasting at the beautiful vineyard next door (separate charge of $5 per head).
    During your free time there are plenty of hikes in the area, or you could visit the Gourd farm, stroll through Old Town Temecula or simply hang out at the retreat center. This is your retreat weekend.

    Yoga classes are a combination of:
    Restorative, Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini Yoga,
    with modifications to accommodate both beginners and advanced pupils.
    Mats will be supplied if needed.

    A hands on workshop making tasty green smoothies, kale chips, nut breads and more. Learn to nourish your body.

    Healing Energy with Jane Hilary.
    A playful, fun workshop with a hands on healing session. Explore the healer within you!

    Breath Work with PJ Mann
    BREATHE WELL is a two-hour workshop that introduces ORGANIZED BREATHING, the body's natural rhythm for stress reduction, lower back protection, core strength and of course, optimal oxygenation.

    Breakdown of a Yoga Weekend

    Arrive Friday at 5pm
    5:30pm - Meet and greet in Main Room 
           set intentions and goals for weekend

    6:30pm - Walk to Sunset bench and watering hole
    7:00pm - Short Restorative yoga class

    7:40pm - We cook a Healthy Dinner together
    9:00pm - Free Time to chat with new friends
          Play Board games or relax by the fire pit

    Saturday
    8:30am - Yoga class - Vinyasa Flow
    9:30am - Meditation and Green tea 
    9:45am - Breakfast is served 
    10:15am - Free time (hike, explore or relax)
    1:30pm - Lunch 
    2:00pm - Hands on workshop (various topics)
    5:30pm - Wine Tasting at neighboring vineyard 
    7:30pm - Dinner Party
    9:00pm - Games, fire pit, sing-a-longs, chanting

    Sunday

    9:00am - Hour Yoga class- mixed styles
    10:15am - Breakfast is served 

    10:40am - Recap and goodbyes
    12:00 noon - Departure Time
